POLAR LIGHT
A sea grotto, transformed by light.
A restaurant and bar imagined inside a sea grotto. Violet light and daylight shape the daytime atmosphere; green joins the violet after dusk for a northern-lights effect across the rock. Purple corduroy velvet, dark marble, backlit green stone and brass give the space its tactile character.
My role
Concept design and creative direction: concept story, guest journey, material palette, furniture direction and lighting atmosphere. Self-initiated concept study, not a built project.
